1.All purchases must be returned in their original OEM packaging. There is no credit will be issued for parts that have been used, installed for any reason, or are not returned in original OEM packaging，and Keep it new and tidy before you shipped back.

All return items will require a RMA number, which is given by our Customer Service Department only. Please allow 2-3 days for returns and exchange to be process.
